Mark Wunderlich is the author of The Earth Avails (Graywolf Press, 2014), winner of the Rilke Prize and finalist for the Kingsley Tufts Award. His other works include Voluntary Servitude and The Anchorage, which received the Lambda Literary Award. He is the recipient of fellowships from the NEA, the Wallace Stegner Fellowship Program, and Civitella Ranieri Foundation, among others. His work has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Slate, Poetry, Paris Review, The New Republic, The Stranger and elsewhere. He teaches at Bennington College in Vermont, and lives in New York’s Hudson Valley.
