Peter Kline’s first collection of poetry, Deviants, was published by Stephen F. Austin State University Press in the fall of 2013. He is an instructor of creative writing at the University of San Francisco and with Stanford University’s Continuing Studies Program. Formerly a Wallace Stegner Fellow in Poetry Writing and William Chace Lecturer of Creative Writing at Stanford University, he has also taught creative writing at the University of Virginia and James Madison University. His other honors include residency awards from the Amy Clampitt House and the Kimmel Harding Nelson Foundation; the 2010 Morton Marr Prize from Southwest Review; and a Henry Hoyns Fellowship from the University of Virginia. His work has appeared in Poetry, Tin House, Ploughshares, The Antioch Review, and other journals, and has been anthologized in the 2005 and 2006 Best New Poets series. Born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania, he received his B.A. in English/Creative Writing from Northwestern University and his M.F.A. in Poetry Writing from the University of Virginia.

Brittany Perham is a Jones Lecturer at Stanford University, where she was a Wallace Stegner Fellow. She is the author of The Curiosities(Parlor Press, 2012) and her work has appeared in Southern Poetry Review, Southern Humanities Review, TriQuarterly, and elsewhere. She lives in San Francisco.
